[자산운용/임원급] Chief Operating Officer (COO)

A Chief Operating Officer position is now available at a renewable energy company. The selected candidate will be creating and executing strategic plans that support the business objectives. This position is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Prioritise tasks and effectively manage the business resources
• Lead every aspect of human resources
• Create, develop, and improve effective workflow procedures
• Drive improvements in the quality of work by overseeing appropriate tools and systems
• Set and monitor KPIs in accordance with company goals
• Organise training and mentorship activities for team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, HR, or relevant sector (MA is ideal)
• Prior experience in a senior management position (COO or equivalent role)
• Knowledge of HR, administrative, marketing, or IT functions
• Strong interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in English
