[바이오/영업지원] Associate Director - Operations

An international organisation in the healthcare industry is looking for an Associate Director. The selected applicant will be responsible for facilitating the execution of events in Singapore and Korea. This position is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Set and maintain the budget for revenues and expenses
• Identify opportunities to deliver innovative conference experiences cost-effectively
• Determine risks and ensure mitigation of strategies
• Track conference attendance and plan marketing initiatives
• Create reports on the overall operational success of the conference
• Establish a setting that promotes teamwork, accountability, and open communication

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 7 years of professional experience
• More than 5 years of experience in large professional conference delivery
• More than 2 years of supervisory or management experience
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Business level written and verbal English
