[IT/사업운영] Operations Manager

A technology organisation is searching for an Operations Manager. The chosen candidate will be in charge of creating and executing policies and processes to ensure seamless operations. This position is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the high-performing ground operation
• Handle warehouse management
• Drive expansion of business's reach into new cities and vehicle categories
• Establish relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functionally
• Ensure efficient and coordinated business operations

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of professional experience in operations position for a dynamic startup, corporate or professional services field
• Proficient in SQL or Tableau is advantageous
• Background in mobility or logistics is ideal
• Strong team management abilities
• Fluent level Korean and English
