A Managing Director position is available at a global electronics manufacturer. The chosen individual will be in charge of leading the overall business operations to ensure its smooth performance. This position is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily business functions
• Provide a yearly operating plan
• Oversee financial performance
• Evaluate market trends and client requirements
• Manage relationships with key clients
• Develop and direct a competent team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering (MBA or other advanced degree is ideal)
• 18-20 years of experience as a team leader
• Experience in increasing profits and margins
• Prior experience collaborating with cross-function leaders
• Capacity to analyse financial information
• Proficient in English
