[연구소/인사] Operations Head

An Operations Head position is now available at an exciting non-profit organisation. The chosen applicant will be responsible for providing supervision to the company’s operations personnel. This is a Seoul-based position.

Responsibilities:

• Grow the people operations function
• Manage recruitment, compensation, and hiring planning initiatives
• Support the creation of a talent development model
• Develop and manage the general affairs function
• Report directly to the CEO
• Collaborate with the firm’s strategy, program, and network teams
• Ensure effective liaison with donors on a regular basis

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of HR experience, particularly implementing HR systems in a start-up setting
• Background in financial management
• Expertise in team leadership
• Excellent strategic thinking skills
• Fluent level English
