A multinational food production company is looking for a Head of Sales&Marketing. The selected applicant will design, define, and implement commercial strategies that will drive brand development in the country.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the current distribution situation and identify additional distribution potential
- Develop and execute product launches based on global and regional strategy
- Evaluate competition landscape and price positioning, issue and recommend corrective actions
- Design, define, agree, and implement effective promotions with the distributor sales force and customers
- Serve as an ambassador of the brands managed in the country
- Identify potential clients and design tailor-made plans to develop business
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a business-related field
- More than 10 years of relevant experience in the field of business development, marketing, and management
- Prior project experience
- Experience working in Korea and familiar with its cultural environment
- Knowledge of local and international online marketing platforms
- Ability and willingness to travel locally and internationally
- Fluent level written and verbal Korean and English; French is a plus
