[제조/전략] Strategic Projects Analyst

A foreign sporting goods manufacturer is looking for a Strategic Projects Analyst. The chosen applicant will be responsible for leading the development of the organisation’s mid to long-term strategic plans.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive market intelligence monitoring or research
• Serve as PIC for strategic initiatives and coordinate with departments to support implementation
• Work closely with various internal departments, including Marketing, Sales, Production, and Finance, to align strategic initiatives
• Monitor progress, handle any potential issues, and ensure timely completion of projects
• Provide innovative recommendations that drive growth and profitability

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, strategy, marketing, or related field (MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred)
• 0-3 years of experience in strategy consulting with extensive focus on growth strategies, new business strategies, M&A, and project management (manufacturing industry background is desirable)
• 0-3 years of experience in a manufacturing company, specialising in corporate strategy, strategy planning
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and other relevant tools
• Proficient in quantitative analysis, data interpretation, and the ability to utilise numerical information to inform decision-making and problem-solving
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of driving projects from inception to completion
• Proficient in strategic planning software and tools is a plus
• Bilingual level English
