An international silicone hardware manufacturer is looking for a Strategy & Corporate Development Specialist. The successful applicant will be in charge of developing corporate strategies. This position is based in Gyeonggi-do.
Responsibilities:
- Raise funds by handling investors and shareholders
- Maintain board of directors and organise quarterly meetings
- Oversee and coordinate with partners, affiliates, and subsidiaries
- Prepare corporate development and marketing materials
- Evaluate and handle legal documents
- Drive and implement M&A opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business admin, electrical or industrial engineering, or relevant sector
- Experience in management consulting with business development projects is ideal
- Background in semiconductors or related industries is advantageous
- Ability to work with teams
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent level English
