A Consultant Manager is now available at a multinational professional services company. The ideal candidate will be accountable for recognising client needs and situations as well as serving as a module and workstream leader.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the assigned project team
- Facilitate hypothesis development and problem structuring
- Perform data analysis
- Conduct client and expert interviews
- Delegate tasks to junior colleagues and oversee its progress
- Coordinate discussions and customer workshops
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business, finance, or engineering
- 7+ years of experience in a recognised firm including taking part in internal performance enhancement projects
- 7+ years of experience in overseeing performance improvement programs of operating or portfolio firms
- 5+ years of experience working in a global management consultancy
- 2+ years of experience as a module or workstream manager is ideal
- MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Ability and willingness to travel and work locally and overseas when needed
- Written and spoken English skills
