A Consultant Manager is now available at a multinational professional services company. The ideal candidate will be accountable for recognising client needs and situations as well as serving as a module and workstream leader.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the assigned project team
• Facilitate hypothesis development and problem structuring
• Perform data analysis
• Conduct client and expert interviews
• Delegate tasks to junior colleagues and oversee its progress
• Coordinate discussions and customer workshops

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business, finance, or engineering
• 7+ years of experience in a recognised firm including taking part in internal performance enhancement projects
• 7+ years of experience in overseeing performance improvement programs of operating or portfolio firms
• 5+ years of experience working in a global management consultancy
• 2+ years of experience as a module or workstream manager is ideal
• MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• Ability and willingness to travel and work locally and overseas when needed
• Written and spoken English skills
