An international jewellery organisation is looking for a CRM Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for developing CRM strategies in accordance with customer demands and store priorities. This position is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee CRM initiatives from the head office and launch campaigns appropriate for local markets
• Create, organise, and plan in-store and off-site events
• Track competitor brands’ CRM projects
• Handle local CRM budget management
• Deliver analysis report on KPI results
• Conduct training on CRM tools and ensure proper use

Requirements:

• More than 7 years of CRM experience
• Background in the luxury field
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation abilities
