[소프트웨어/엔지니어] Head of Customer Center

A Head of Customer Center position is now available at a global software organisation. The selected applicant will serve as the main communication channel for projects between the business and clients. This position is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the completion of contracted work packages
• Provide technical assistance to customer requests
• Manage financial planning and tracking
• Provide project, financial, and revenue status reports
• Establish relationships with customers
• Work with sales to create strategic customer development plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, electronics, or relevant
• More than 7 years of experience in technical project management
• Experience in software project management
• Knowledge of automotive industry standards or processes
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Fluent level Korean and English
