[조사분석/고객관리/IR] Relationship Manager (IR Solution)

A Relationship Manager position is available at an international financial services company. The selected individual will be coordinating with key clients to make their work processes more effective. This position is based in Jung-gu.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee sales and new customer development within the designated area
• Supervise existing customer loyalty and renewal
• Develop and manage an effective flow of business potential
• Manage lead generation and development in cooperation with key managers
• Drive excellent prospecting initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting, or economics is preferred
• More than 8 years of experience in B2B consultative selling and as a new business seeker
• Experience in customer services or sales in consultative financial advisory and market data solutions
• Prior experience in various groups and international matrix company
• Understanding of CRM software
• Possess valid CFA qualification is ideal
• Native level verbal and written Korean; business level verbal and written English
