[제조/영업/CS] Inside Sales/Customer Service

A global manufacturing firm is looking for an Inside Sales or Customer Service professional. The chosen applicant will be in charge of delivering high-standard order management and customer service. This role is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with internal supply and demand planning initiatives
• Support demand planning, S&OP processes, gliding forecasts, and product evaluation as necessary
• Communicate various activities of inside sales
• Handle delivery of information, promotional materials, and other administrative duties
• Fulfil customer needs through collaboration with account and business teams
• Participate in client meetings and tradeshows both online and in person

Requirements:

• Skilled in systems and reporting tools
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Background in ERP and CRM is advantageous
• Proficient in written and verbal English and Korean
