[조사분석/고객관리] DMS Client Support Associate

An international financial services company is searching for a DMS Client Support Associate. The chosen candidate will be responsible for handling various duties to provide assistance to clients. This role is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Address data feed client inquiries
• Deliver assistance on feed-based products in a timely manner
• Utilise systems to document and monitor customer concerns
• Handle channel customer complaints, improvement requests, and sales lead in coordination with key teams
• Maintain knowledge of current and newly developed product offerings
• Oversee documentation of newly discovered solutions and product updates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, business, accounting, economics, or relevant
• At least 1-2 years of professional experience is ideal
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Strong knowledge of various investments is advantageous
• Familiarity with SQL is preferred
• Native level Korean; fluent level Japanese and English
