A global online travel agency is looking for a Regional Customer Service Manager. The chosen applicant will determine and provide recommendations on the team's operational concerns. This position is based in Seoul.
Responsibilities:
- Organise group meetings and one-on-one coaching
- Recognise key factors that affect SLA performance and suggest structural changes
- Assess the performance of call centers and call routing strategies
- Respond to customer complaints and implement self-healing procedures
- Develop team knowledge through utilisation of customer feedback and QA findings
- Determine areas for improving customer handling
Requirements:
- Experience in leadership and customer service
- Practical experience in multi-channel contact centre or BPO operations
- Experience in managing multiple projects
- Proficient in PC applications
- Strong interpersonal abilities
- Fluent level in Korean and English
