[물류/지사장] Country Manager

A foreign logistics company is searching for a Country Manager. The selected candidate will oversee overall business performance by driving strategic growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and leading the team to achieve financial and commercial targets.

Responsibilities:

• Drive business performance with consistent discipline, insight, and financial acumen
• Manage P/L and develop and execute Korea’s business strategies to achieve growth and financial targets
• Steer market research activities to gather information and identify current and potential opportunities and risks
• Lead, guide, and motivate the existing team effectively
• Determine optimal organisational structure and ensure efficient personnel management
• Monitor market and sales development opportunities, analyse market potential, and decide commercial strategies related to organisation, priorities, product portfolio, pricing, and sales tactics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration or engineering (MBA is a plus)
• More than 5 years in a management or sales capacity
• Senior executive with P&L experience in Korea
• Strong track record in growing businesses in Korea, with a focus on material handling, intralogistics, warehouse management, e-commerce, 3PL, and relevant systems integrators
• Experience working in a matrix organisation; ideally, driving change management and inculcating a sales mindset
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Native level Korean; fluent level written and verbal English

Preferred requirements:

• Well-connected with the e-commerce, 3PL, and logistics sector
