[제조/엔지니어] Control Dept. Manager

A Control Dept. Manager role is now open in a global industrial automation firm. The chosen applicant will be guiding problem-solving, supporting planning activities, and managing overall team outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise daily activities of the Control Design department
• Set team priorities to ensure task completion and align work with other departments
• Make decisions and solve problems guided by policies, procedures and business plans, while receiving oversight from the manager
• Manage outcomes of a large and/or moderately complex support or production operations team, including subordinate work leaders
• Apply expertise to analyse and solve problems without clear precedent
• Provide input on resource planning and policy development
• Coach team members on performance, complete evaluations and recommend pay actions
• Partner with Sales, Project Management, Mechanical Design and Customer Service

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering (industry experience can be accounted for in lieu of the bachelor’s degree)
• More than 20 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment
• Expertise in major PLC brands programs
• Expertise in E-plan
• Electrical circuit design and analysis experience
• Ability to proficiently read and interpret electrical prints
• Ability to develop and document procedures
• Excellent electrical troubleshooting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
