[호텔/지배인] Hotel General Manager (총지배인)

A Hotel General Manager role is now open in a foreign hospitality company. The selected candidate will oversee the overall hotel operations to ensure guest satisfaction, staff engagement, financial performance, and brand compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all departments meet or exceed guest service expectations and uphold company values
• Promote associate engagement through communication, coaching, and recognition programs
• Motivate and empower staff to resolve guest concerns and maintain positive morale
• Oversee training, orientation, and development programs for all employees
• Ensure compliance with local laws, company policies, and safety programs
• Supervise the maintenance and upkeep of hotel facilities and physical assets
• Review guest survey reports and communicate feedback to the team
• Monitor financial performance, including CAPEX suggestions and inventory controls
• Maintain strong relationships with competitors, clients, and the local community
• Ensure consistent brand compliance across operations and cleanliness standards
• Promote an open-door culture and address staff concerns through constructive feedback
• Maintain all required licenses, permits, and administrative documentation
• Schedule team coverage, including weekends and evenings
• Respond promptly to emergencies, security breaches, and accidents

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (Hospitality, Tourism, or Business is preferred)
• Strong PMS skills (Infor HMS, Opera is preferred)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Fluent level written and verbal Korean and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in an economy hotel chain
