An international packaging manufacturer is searching for a General Manager. The selected candidate will be in charge of managing overall performance to ensure high-quality business activities with maximum efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Direct, manage, and monitor the company's overall performance
• Oversee the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
• Continuously monitor and improve manufacturing processes
• Establish and enforce safety protocols compliant with local regulations and standards
• Implement fair and effective performance evaluation systems
• Promote active engagement and open communication among employees

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, operations, management, or related field
• More than 5 years of experience in a managerial role within printing or related industry
• Understanding of printing processes and technology
• Proven track record of managing production teams
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
