[인사/임원급] Country Manager

A tech company is currently searching for a Country Manager. The selected candidate will be in charge of overseeing overall business operations, strategy, and growth initiatives for the Korean market.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, build, and mentor a high-performing local team
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture
• Develop strategic partnerships and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Ensure effective communication and alignment between the Korean office and headquarters in Japan
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and adapt strategies to capitalise on opportunities

Requirements:

• Proven experience in senior leadership roles, preferably in establishing and scaling new teams or regional offices
• Professional person with a dynamic, hands-on leadership style
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships internally and externally
• Fluent level Korean; proficient in Japanese or English
