[부동산/PM] Soft Service Manager

A global real estate services company is looking for a Soft Service Manager. The selected applicant will collaborate with various teams to develop client-specific programs aimed at enhancing the workplace environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work with cross-functional teams in Facilities Management, Janitorial, Design, Space and Occupancy Planning, Strategy, and Communications to build and implement Client-specific programs

• Be the Point of Contact to own, facilitate the completion of the Workplace Improvement Plan and Branch Improvement Plan
• Responsible for the oversight of Ambassadors and day-to-day people management duties for all Guest Relation Hosts (GRH) and community Hosts (CH) at a specific building or set of buildings
• Function as the primary escalation point for GRH or CH and ensure all complaints, questions and concerns that were escalated have been properly addressed
• Regularly assess space readiness, ensuring workspaces, conference rooms, and offices are employee-ready
• Provide “White Glove” service to Executives and key stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of related work experience in real estate services, travel or hospitality, brand or product management, management consulting, or change management
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
• Comfortable corresponding with executive-level clients and interacting with individuals at all levels
• Proficient in written and verbal English
