[IT/경영관리] Head of Trading

A digital asset custody solutions provider is looking for a Head of Trading. The selected applicant will be in charge of developing effective trading strategies that align with the company's objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the firm's overall trading strategy
• Design and implement trading practices, policies, and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Develop and enforce risk management policies for all trading activity
• Provide guidance on trading strategies and serve as a resource for compliance and legal teams
• Collaborate with front office, operations, risk, and compliance teams to ensure smooth trading operations
• Monitor market movements and provide updates to the portfolio management team when requested
• Monitor counterparty qualities from a risk perspective and take necessary actions to minimise risk
• Calculate collateral and margin amounts for derivative trades, manage collateral, and ensure appropriate transfers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (advanced or graduate degree is preferred)
• More than 10 years of trading experience
• Extensive market and regulatory knowledge
• Comprehensive trading experience beyond buying and selling, including planning, designing, and analysing trading-related products and services
• Understanding of IT operations and the ability to collaborate with system development teams
• Knowledge of the regulatory environment in the financial sector
• Strong presentation skills
• Proficient in written and verbal English
