[인증/임원급] Country Manager

An international testing and certification company is looking for a Country Manager. The chosen candidate will work closely with the marketing & sales team to expand the company presence in the country.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the organisational team according to overall strategic goals
• Carry the profit & loss responsibility
• Cooperate strongly with global and regional heads in various departments
• Implement the defined strategy with the local team
• Manage human resources and motivate employees with regional APAC HR
• Improve market orientation of organizational structures within the APAC region
• Prepare the budget with medium or long-term planning
• Ensure the long-term success and competitiveness of products and services in Korea

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, leadership, or management with an international focus
• Highly experienced professional in relationship management, customer acquisition, and customer care
• Several years of professional and successful leadership experience in the Korean market as well as in multicultural environments
• Extensive experience in navigating Korean work culture while maintaining a strong orientation toward international company culture
• Entrepreneurial attitude with a commitment to ambitious goals, acting consistently and in a goal-oriented manner
• Dedicated to efficient processes and organisational structures beyond own area of responsibility
• Extensive expertise in analysing and interpreting performance data, including meaningful reporting (planning, control, variance analyses, plausibility checks)
• Proficient in English
