A Head of Business role is now open in an international medical device manufacturer. The selected applicant will be in charge of maintaining effective relationships with hospitals and clinics to maximise sales coverage.
Responsibilities:
- Drive achievement of quarterly and annual sales quotas
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
- Prepare periodic business planning reports and forecasts
- Manage people to resolve any issues and problems faced by patients
- Ensure timely delivery of correct products and services to customers in the field
- Research and analyse market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, and competitor products to form strategies
- Lead the development and execution of specific strategic projects
- Monitor competitive activities and bring them to the leadership tables when necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 15 years of experience in B2B sales
- Experience as senior territory, regional manager, or similar position
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skill
- Knowledge of digital commerce is a plus
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently
- Fluent level English
