An international machinery manufacturer is looking for a Customer Care Director. The selected applicant will be responsible for overseeing the entire order lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the entire order lifecycle from receipt to delivery
- Ensure consistent communication with customers from quote signature to installation and shipping schedule
- Guarantee on-time, in-full delivery of equipment and parts
- Maintain maximum safety standards across all logistics functions
- Deliver high-quality support and maintenance services
- Monitor customer care KPIs and implement corrective actions as necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, management, or related field (MBA is advantageous)
- More than 10 years of customer care or service experience
- More than 5 years of experience in leadership roles
- Experience in setting and maintaining high standards for customer experience and operations
- Background managing order lifecycles, including logistics and installations
- Expertise in delivering support and maintenance services, including field service and warranty claim
- Proficient in English (other languages is a plus)
