[럭셔리/리테일] Retail Director

A Retail Director position is now available at an international luxury brand. The selected applicant will be in charge of executing best retail practices to boost overall retail performance. This position is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure achievement of retail KPI
• Manage store teams and key partners to implement business strategies
• Work with key teams and engage in buying activities
• Create plans for client engagement initiatives
• Identify and close business opportunities
• Handle budget management in coordination with finance

Requirements:

• More than 15 years of leadership experience in luxury retail
• Experience in business planning and management
• Background in sales or distribution processes
• Strong people leadership and communication skills
• Fluent level English
