[제조/엔지니어] Head of Service Engineering

An international equipment manufacturer is searching for a Head of Service Engineering. The selected candidate will be in charge of overseeing and tracking project status and service duties. This position is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure achievement of sales target
• Create a capable and powerful team
• Address client issues and concerns
• Maintain positive customer relations and encourage repeat business
• Handle invoices, new orders, and inventory management
• Assist in new employee training

Requirements:

• Prior experience in program and project management
• Experience in team development
• Knowledge of microscopy, research, medical, or electronics
• Strong interpersonal skills
