[제조/기술지원] APAC IT Director

An APAC IT Director position is now available at an international automotive parts firm. The qualified candidate will be managing business relationships, programs, service operations, and other related duties. This role is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation of business cases and overall project strategies
• Engage in functional design, user training, change management, and project launch support
• Facilitate issue escalation and resolution during project execution
• Provide service restoration and take part in all major incidents in the sub-region
• Support local applications for desktop, business, and plant
• Acquire new employees and participate in candidate interviews
• Contribute to the department's budget creation and quarterly forecasts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in information technology or related sectors (MS or MBA is ideal)
• More than 15 years of experience in IT systems especially in manufacturing processes and operations
• More than 10 years of leadership experience
• Background in vendor management
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Proficient in written and verbal Korean and English
