A General Manager role is available at a global engineering company. The chosen individual will be overseeing all departments while prioritising the management of inventory and materials. This role is based in Incheon.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee relationships with key departments
• Offer leadership to all indirect functions
• Supervise maintenance, security, and safety of the operations
• Handle new product launches and product transfers
• Determine business possibilities
• Drive operational excellence through smooth implementation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant discipline
• More than 12 years of professional experience
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to develop a high-performing work environment
• Capability to identify trends, issues, and changes in the business
