An international pharmaceutical company is looking for a Country Medical Director to join their Seoul branch. In this role you will facilitate the creation of the local medical strategy to ensure business goals are met.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee CME initiatives
• Drive team engagement success
• Foster trusted relationships with local regulatory agencies
• Evaluate and certify study protocols and IISPs
• Handle queries and inspections conducted by local health and ethical parties
• Onboard, retain, and supervise talents

Requirements:

• Medical degree, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent
• More than 5 years of clinical development or medical affairs experience in the global biopharmaceutical business
• More than 3 years of experience in people management
• Demonstrable organisational skills
• Expertise in medical affairs compliance
• English and Korean proficiency
