An HRBP Director position is now available at a multinational medical device manufacturer. The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of business strategies and ensuring its alignment with HR activities.

Responsibilities:

• Advise on competency development, talent management, labour relations, etc.
• Define business and partner needs with key stakeholders
• Assess the success of strategy execution
• Aid in managing organisational effectiveness and development programs
• Make use of analytics when needed to facilitate decision making processes
• Spearhead change management activities
• Support the development of a high performing HR team

Requirements:

• 15+ years of professional experience in a similar capacity
• Background in working with labour unions
• Expertise in labour laws in Korea
• Understanding of HR best practices
• Knowledge of employee relations, culture alignment, and change management
• Skilled in developing relationships with regional COEs
• English proficiency
