[IT/기술(임원급)] Chief Technology Officer

A renowned tech company is searching for a Chief Technology Officer. The chosen candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional collaboration to drive innovation and timely product delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a product strategy aligning with the business and growth strategies in collaboration with executive teams
• Contribute as a key member of top management by providing all the technical content and advice in every essential company decision
• Strengthen engineering infrastructure and invest in emerging technologies to position the company for future growth and innovation
• Define and prioritise the product roadmap by interpreting market research, industry trends, user needs, and business goals
• Engage with key customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, understand their needs, and build strong relationships
• Provide strong leadership to all product-related teams, leading the development process from concept to launch
• Deliver technical aspects and vision of the product to customers, partners, and investors
• Understand market landscape, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and development

Requirements:

• More than 15 years of experience in engineering leadership or product management roles
• Proven track record of product success in an enterprise SaaS industry company
• Prior leadership experience
• Deep understanding of product development processes, agile methodologies, and best practices in product management and product development
• Strong understanding of current technology trends, especially in web applications and cloud services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in design tools or design tool companies is preferred
• Understanding of SaaS, both in terms of business and technical aspects, is a plus
• Experience in computer or 3D graphics and desktop applications is desirable
• Fluent level English and Korean
